image noise

I was shooting a music video on the DVX100 ... I had a very good lightning guy with me and the footage looked amazing on the monitor while shooting. but when i captured the footage, some scenes were really crisp and nice looking but some others had a really bad kind of noise concerning the image ...
... I don't know why ...
If anybody knows a solution or needs more information on that problem, please let me know

If your footage on the computer is seen on an lcd monitor like dvi or vga ya know. Computer monitors have a way of exaggerating noise based on the settings they come with from the factory. The image you saw on the monitor using a broadcast sd monitor when recording is going to look better because that is how it is supposed to be viewed.
