I don't know about you, but for anything to be display 2K down I'm sticking with my F3.
I filmed & edited this promo in a couple of hours. I used S-Log recorded to the KiPro Mini ProRes HQ. Graded with Color, sweetened sound in Soundtrack Pro and edited in FCP7. Blown out are artistic choices in post.

I'm still on the fence. But after hearing about firmware delivery schedule, F5/F55 maybe not "fully" usable until 2014.

Nice job, I like frame 1:43 and 2:15 best, and 2:56 looks sweet. I notice exposure change from 0:45 - 0:58, was this sun/cloud changing?

was this sun/cloud changing?
It was shot at 1:00 PM sunday. Not the ideal time to shoot, but that was the only time she had available to do the promo. The other guy I shot at 6:00 PM just after sunset and a couple of hours later it had to go out so not mush time for details. This was all shot in front of my house with no help. Try shooting with a RED 18-85mm, KiPro Mini and an 8" Panasonic monitor with AB batteries by yourself. NOT EASY. ;-)

Yes I recognize your house from previous tests you've posted. I hate solo shoots but often that's how I roll most of the time. I also like to avoid shooting at mid-day.

I like how where you positioned the lady there was some sun dapple through some trees making a nice mix of light and shadow.

That is all you can do when things are not perfect. Just find a way to do the best you can.
It was actually very cloudy the whole morning and I had my daylight set to light it, but everything change when she arrived.
