And on Thursday night, February 19th, 2009, she broke up with me.

And now I have to try and edit a comedy.

I'm such a wreck right now.

Now don't go doing that again, life is so much richer NOT being married. Take it from someone who is having their 25th anniversary this year, DON'T' DO IT! Stay single and enjoy life.

Sorry to hear. Make a movie about it, earn millions, and then laugh about it in while hanging with super models in south france. It's what I would do. :beer:
 
Wow. So sorry to read this. Not because I think you should be together or not be together or any of that...but because I read this thread from beginning to end and just got caught off guard with your "today" entry and think ANY break-up, especially when capped with the words "I'm a wreck" is ridiculously hard to get over.

Granted, its soon. She may call. She may not. Whatever. It doesn't matter. Thing is, you are in the middle of the menutia of it and it sucks. Just know that you are not alone. Many, many, MANY of us have been there.

My suggestion? Just keep moving. KEEP moving. Don't ever be home. EVER. Keep busy. Always be here, be there, be over there again. KEEP MOVING. Add to this thread if you have to as a "You've Got Mail"-vibed continuous thread...vent, read, listen, vent more etc. But most of all, KEEP MOVING.

Btw, I'd kick her ass if you wanted me to, I played rugby so I know how to tackle...
 
Sad man, I read the first post and thought on the final page there'll probably be pics from wedding or pic of first son/daughter or something...

Bad thing is there's almost no advice that could help you now. Good thing is that the cure, time, has already started to work.
