I'm about to purchase and need advice

I'm about to purchase the DVX and am looking for accompanying accessories/equipment. If anyone could please give me some advice on a crane, a tripod that would work well with the camera and crane, glidecam, and I'm curious about a wireless mic setup with this camera. This is my first endeavor with a small DV cam, I'm used to the larger EFP setups and am looking to re-equip with appropriate gear. I know this is pretty general, but I'm just looking for advice from people who know what works (and what doesn't)!
Thanks in advance

Well a big thing is what budget are you working with. Also might want to contact Rush at EVS, takes care of his customers very well and has knowledgeable advice for equipment.

I second that. What's great is that, if Rush doesn't know right away how well certain pieces of gear work together, he'll go try it and get back to you with his opinion. It doesn't get much better than that.

I just bought my dvx from Rush last thursday and he's a really cool guy, don't hesitate to contact him.

Thanks Anarchy! Thanks Horse! Thanks John! Eberger, please call me or email me whenever you like.
