Ikan follow focus

I have read good things about this Ikan follow focus kit and I am considering purchasing it. The question I have is how does the camera mount to it? It almost looks like I need to buy something else, but I'm not sure what.

Umm.... It screws to the bottom of the camera.
Nothing else needed.

1/4 -20 right to the bottom.

nope. just a standard 1/4-20 screw like youd mount to a tripod plate.
cool thing about that kit is you can add stuff to it really easily. add some longer rods to and you can connect a shoulder pad, grips, a matte box whatever.

its a really good starting point.

thanks for cosnidering the FGK! So you know, each kit comes with a 1/4" -20tpi photo screw for you to mount your camera to the base plate that comes with the kit. Sorry for the confusion--we just noticed that its not explicit in the website yet--were making changes on that now. thanks for bringing this to our attention!
