[WTB] Igus Slider (or similar)

I'm looking for a slider. While I intend to have a short and a long one eventually, I'd prefer to get a long first at least 1 meter but maybe even 4 feet. I know I can put one together, but I'd rather just buy one as they seem to come up every once in a while and if possible I'd like to save some $$ too. I'm also looking for a 701 HDV head or something to use with it. I have a Sachtler but I would prefer a separate lower end head for use on the slider. I would need it shipped to Pembina, ND 58271. Thanks! :Drogar-Happy(DBG):

I use a PBC Linear slide called Modular Guide, they're cheaper and made in the US!

Last one I made was 3 feet and under $100 before shipping.

Good news! I just ordered some parts from IGUS and the track is $103.50 per meter now. The HKA brake on the 150mm carriage doubles the price to $103.50 for that from $59. I don't know why everything is $103.50 or who came up with that but I just canceled my order for a second shorter track and changed out the HKS carriage with brake to one without a brake because of it. For $50 I'll put the nylon thumb screw mod in that Zaza came up with.

I recall the track was $50/meter when i first started looking into this. If I want a smaller travel size, I'll just buy that PCB Linear track and the smaller carraige. Competition is good!

Just a heads up, I work with machinery every day, and most of the time deal with distributors.

For Igus and pbc I've used: Motion Industries, Applied Technologies, and BDI Worldwide. If you live in or around a town of 100,000 or more they're sure to have one.

I've also bought MANY used guides on eBay and Craigslist.
