You can try a "sharpen" filter in your NLE, which may help a little but will also make the footage a lot grainier.
Or you can try scaling down the footage to a smaller size; that'll make it appear sharper than it actually is, but you'd have to have some sort of artistic motivation for showing it at a smaller size.
