Idea for a Dolly (please don't laugh)

all very true, but the curved track for the train intrigued me. After further searching, I found you could buy the track pieces individually for $6.50 each. Not sure how long they are.

sek0910 i figured thats what you were looking at, have you thought about a 3 point skate board wheel dolly? and some heavy rubber hose? I use a 3 point dolly, will be getting high presure hose soon, have heard great things about it, i've worked with flex track and it works great.

HA, HA! That's great... be sure to post pictures of you holding your camera sitting on the little train as you go around the track. Priceless.

You can sit in the caboose while your kid pedals you around. Hire him/her as an assistant and charge the client an extra $200 per hour for your dolly specialist.

Actualy if you can find a place that sell garden railway stuff, you can buy some straight 7inch guage track and one bogie (one 7inch guage bogie weighs a good 30kg so its solid stuff) and use that. That would be smooth as silk..
