IBIS - Good for reducing dust on sensor?

Because the IBIS constantly moves the sensor, does this have an added side effect of reducing the chance of dust settling on the sensor?
 
I was thinking the same.
Not 100% sure though, because sensor vibrations for cleaning are supposed to be much faster.
IBIS should compensate for handshaking, and I don't think that dust on sensor can be removed with that movement.
