i think those are illegal in the UK, you can't blast sound (Large truck horns etc) in residentual areas, I think it filed under "disturbing the peace" or something similar..

That was so bizarre. People FREAKED. I'm not a fan of punks and their pranks, but what is up with people? I get it if you're back is to the car and you're crossing the street and you think you are about to be run over, but the people off on the sidewalk LOOKING at the car, and still get freaked out.

Now I need one. And Tommy... I'm coming for YOU.

Anhar they are illegal here as well. These guys broke about six different laws and were lucky no one got hurt. Last time someone did this they wound up on the news because they scared a horse and the girl riding it hurt. Just a dumb thing to do and these guys filmed it so the cops would have evidence of how many times they did it.

During the European Soccer Championship in the moment every night around 1130 hrs at least 3000 -5000 (depending on wich team won that night) guys crusing up and down the boulevards and around our block like a bunch of sharks and blowing thyeir horns like hell for 2 hours.

Blowing the horn for fun is illegal but the cops stand everywhere and do nothing but hoping that no violence breakes out between the winning team fans and the rest.

I wish I would have a nice set of train horns to "show them where the hammer hangs" (thats a german phrase).

About 6 years ago, my buddy had a truck with a police siren in it, and as we were driving along, he'd trip it and have people pull over, and some did.
We both looked like, well, not your regular on duty policeman anyways. (Fun) :)
 
One of my buddys thought it would be funny if he fired an air horn in my face as soon as i got in the car... It was not as fun as it sounds.
