Following part, I can recommend:
i-Theater HR LCD Video Glasses http://www.i-glasses.de/hmds.asp
Although this is only VGA, but as a viewfinder it is perfect for the Canon 5D II ( its video-output is - as you know - also VGA).
Especially good is: the battery is very small and light. The glasses rather sit high and we can durchschielen under it ', for example to the camera or just in the real world
