Hi there,
I'm trying to format my P2 cards in P2Viewer, and its saying "An error occured while operating I/O on P2-card."
I have admin rights to read/write to the card. It is not write protected. I tried deleting files from the card manually (for testing, I know it's not a recommended workflow), and I get a similar I/O error. If I keep trying I can sometimes get rid of lastclip.txt, but I still get an error saying the file could not be found (which is odd considering I'm asking it to delete that file... I should hope it could not be found, that's the idea). Occaisionally the delayed write box pops up and reports a delayed write failure to the card.
Any ideas on what would be causing that to happen?
I notice the files have 'read-only' and 'archive' attributes, is that normal? I can't change the attributes due to a, you guessed it, I/O error.
The cards copy fine and everything, the data is intact, they format in the camera fine, every other function works fine, it's just formatting the card on my PC that isn't working.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
