Why don't we ALL move to Czech Republic?

Benefits:
:kiss: Most beatiful women on Earth!
:beer: Cheap beer
:happy: Cheap housing (a house that looks like about 4000 sq ft I was looking at last month sells for 3mil CZK, which is just over 100K USD, about thirty minutes downtown from Brno, the second largest city)
:engel017: Plenty of distinct culture
:shocked: MODERATE climate (none of this 100 degrees F ****, and if yes, then it's a day or two). Nice winters - enough to enjoy the winter sports, but rarely to freeze to death
:) Beautiful landscape
:thumbsup: Interesting film locations (over 2000 castles and chateaus)

Cons:
:thumbdown The girls can be bitchy
:thumbdown You're drunk most of the time
:thumbdown Most the work on the house is DIY
:undecided Did I say the culture was distinct?
:evil: Nothing to talk about when you get bored, not even the weather.
:thumbdown A lot of hills to climb with your gear
:thumbdown Not enough money to pay the location fees.

I guess not, then... sigh...

Except bring a girl/woman with you from elsewhere...TRUST me...they're gonna be nicer...

OK - First - I'm from the south and I too HATE NASCAR. My wife's from upstate New York (about as big a Yankee as you can get without being Canadian) and she loves NASCAR.
Second - I do own a shotgun (for home protection- I lived in New Orleans after all...)
Third - I do have a hot sister...................... but I've never slept with her...:grin:
