I need DVX100B advice on accessories...

I just ordered a DVX100B and I was wondering: what would be the best all around phantom powered on-camera mic? Does the optional Panasonic (MC200G) mic suck? I can't seem to find any reviews on it. And can most mics fit in the Panasonic-supplied mic holder? Also, I need a good shoulder support/stabilizer... I will be using the camera mostly for ENG work.

I've been using the Azden SGM-1X Boom Mic and been very happy with it. You can pick um up for like $150. Comes with a shockmount holder.
