I need a Macro lens recommendation

I'm using an HPX170 with a letus extreme and prime lenses. does anyone have any suggestions for a macro lens. i don't need to be able to do insects or watch parts, but i would like to be able to fill most of the screen with a golf ball.

any suggestions?

You can get a macro extension tube like this:

I ordered one just a couple days ago, not that exact brand, but the ebay ones a pretty much all the same.
