i need a broken DVX 100A

I am working on an independent horror film and the script requires our 'Documentary crew' to drop the camera a few times...we need to borrow or rent a stunt camera, something broken or maybe a dummy body. Can anyone help?

Does it NEED to be a DVX? (even fake - you might get Lynched) ;D

If you keep a watch on some of the “super old” video cameras on eBay under “Professional Video Equipment” you can dig up a useless camera for next to nothing. Might fit what you’re looking for.

How about a JVC GY-X3 SVHS camera.

I have no power supply or batteries or literally any other accessories (or even a lens cap).  But it does work if you decide to get a p/s and batteries for it.

Nice and big and looks very close to a "news camera".
