I lost my top handle!

I must have left it behind on one of my recent shoots. The camera works fine without it although it looks a little strange (it was always a pretty funny looking camera anyway) but the mic holder comes in handy every now and then.

I am based in the UK - does anyone on here know where I can get another or have a spare themselves?
