"I know.. Kung Fu?"

Man, wow ; it went much better than expected!

I just realized there is a foundation course below this black belt course, but my teacher felt I could probably skip it, the other students are mostly green belts and red belts, the only other white belt I think was a girl there.

HorseFilms:
I enjoyed the weapons module a lot, I did the whole two hours in the end. I cut myself a tiny bit nothing major (didn't even notice until I was at work this morning)

I used to be extremely active in my youth (upwards of 5+ hours bmx freestyle) everyday, plus football over the weekends, after college my lifestyle has revolved around books + PC not very active :D, although currently I'm not 'out of shape' I feel my endurance + stamina + strength is currently weak due to the in active lifestyle.

I can say this with confidence, the course is an excellent 'kick-start' to put me back on course to my original lifestyle activity levels.

Charli:
I'll see if I can sneak a photo in, although my teacher is a good friend and always treats me well, he is disciplined while training.

Next lesson is this Thursday, I think there is also a grappling + close combat module too which is the second hour.

I did the same thing with a 4 foot Great Sword once, but when something that big sticks you, you tend to notice.
