I Help me get this worked out Please Exporting in AME

I know this is a funny video but when I see things like ghosting and blocking. It messes the experience up for me. If you watch the action on the talent you see ghosting and if you watch under his chin you'll se the blocking. It's not Vimeo compression because I see it in the original export from After Effects and its worse when I export from Adobe Media Encoder.

Any Ideas besides abandoning my editing platform?
 
Trace your steps back - at what stage do you see normal footage that doesn't have ghosting? For example, does it look ok in AE when you do a ram preview ? AT what stage are the errors introduced?
 
export from AME all my videos crap out when exported from AME I first exported from AE and it was fine but I didnt have the sound effects so I had to put it in PP to add sound. No matter what the settings export from PP via AME and it like flushing my videos down the stool. Can anybody please tell me if they get good mp4 exports from PP through AME? Or if you have a better workflow?
