Never a huge fan of the series either. 1 was fun, but with each sequel the things I disliked about the first, (a haphazardly plotted script, arbitrary fantasy rules, a bombastic score), seemed to get worse with each film. This seems like the nadir.

Yeah, but it's got naughty words in it, so I had to read.

(I absolutely loved 2 and 3, more even than 1, but he was right in saying that 4 was just a product.)

I am sad that the movie was bad enough to deserve that kind of roasting... I really wish the series was salvageable but the 3rd was awful and this looks worse... I had such high hopes for this franchise after the 1st movie.
