Hello,
This is Joe from Zacuto Rentals. I have heard from Marshall that you need to specify that you are using a HVX with the 7" Marshall HDA Monitor so they can make a modification to eliminate the horizontal jagged white line hits.

But once this modification has been made, the monitor will only work with the HVX200.

Any other questions about the monitor....give Marshall a call.

Hey Joe,
I ordered and received last week a Marshal 7" monitor from you last week. I ordered it along with a number of other accessories for my HVX. Would it have arrived with the necessary modifications?

Is that a permanent change? How easy can it be changed back?

That really knocks the value of the monitor down for me if it can ONLY be used with the HVX.

I'm fairly certain the change has to be done by Marshall's technicians.
They did it to my 7" monitor to fix the problem a few weeks ago.
They also corrected an issue with a white bar on the far right side of the frame, which
was also an "HVX-only" problem.
 
How common is this issue? My monitor seems to be acting great with the hvx... nothing that would cause alarm.
