[2062ad]

Hey guys, a month and a half off my 1st dvx fest I entered a 24 hr film competition in the Anchorage International film festival and won 2nd place! MAn, what a great experience to to see my work on the big screen and then to hit the stage to accept the award to a lineup of flashing cams and congrats. I am stoked!
Can't wait' till the fest is over now so I can post it on the web.
And a great big thanks to all who have ever posted anything on this site. What A great place to learn!

I posted the film on Youtube. Here's the link. Hey, it's not perfect but I wrote, produced, directed, and edited it in 24 hrs for the competition. What an adrenalin rush and great learning experience this was!

very cool man...i've been making shorts for about 3 years now and only had one shown on a screen for a festival...but they only had two films - nice achievement!

thanks, I'll tell ya, It rally enhances the passion for this craft! probably as quickly as it diminishes the wallet that said this one only cost as much as the price of the mini dv video tape but I'm sure that's subject to change lol
