I did make another Movie *here It is

Well, I gave it another try for again. *If you have not seen my first movie, here is a link: *http://www.dvxuser.com/cgi-bin/DVX2/...num=1090724810 .

Anyhow, I did want to win the "sci fi festival" so I did hire some people and shoot with a bigger camera.

I did use a Kodak Vision 500 and an Arri and it was very big. *I chose this camera for two reasons. *500 is a high number. *35 is not a high number but it is higher than 16 so I used it. It cost me a lot of money but I want to win.

The camera is hard to use. It was too big to put on my tripod so it was always shaking so much.

not a real trailer... more of a clip

...weird. reminds me of my uncle. we don't see much of him anymore...

whoa, that kinda freaked me out. And are you saying you shot this on 35mm? i am so confused!

I watched the movie and it was kinda wierd. Also the ring for the phone I would change because the phone that the sound appears to come from is one of the older phones that weren't digital.

Well, if you arent lying and you really did shoot this on film, you are rediculous. The only thing to make me believe this was film was the DOF. Secondly, if this was shot for the Sci-Fest, you might have just gotten yourself disqualified. If you read the rules for the contest, filmmakers may not promote their films on DVXUser or *any* external web site, or use any other means of promotion. Hope you didnt spend all that cash for nothing, I assume John will be stopping by soon...

yah, he definitely disqualified himself for not only promoting and showing us a clip of the film, but shooting on '35'. you're supposed to shoot on the dvx......

I believe you are all being had again....

This was clearly shot using a DVX and some sort of 35mm adapter. Hector is a smart guy and if anyone is familiar with his previous posts, you will know that he is most likely kidding around and is fully aware of the rules of the competition.

Isn't that right Hector?

Im assuming Disjecta is correct, the footage looked far from real 35. What got me laughing was when Hector said "I did use a Kodak Vision 500 and an Arri and it was very big" haha, how do you use a Kodak Vision 500? Also "The camera is hard to use. It was too big to put on my tripod so it was always shaking so much." That is hilarious! Hope this isnt really for sci-fest though...

Hahahaha!!!

I can't believe people are taking this seriously. This was great! I love how he's always on the verge of cracking up. Seriously, every line has me laughing.

Great job. Definitely lightened up my day.
