Well, I finally did it. I ordered an FS 100. I should be getting it early
next week, as Fed Ex 2nd day air REALLY means 4 days or so when you are talking
about delivery to Alaska. It should be fun for me, as a admitted 'video guy'
to learn some new tricks. I can always 'fall back' on the kit lens, but
I will be getting a 24-70 2.8 zoom lens and the new Tiffin variable ND filter
that was introduced at NAB as well, so I can play with the nice shallow depth of
field this camera is capable of. Should be an interesting ride, hopefully
I can learn new tricks, I guess if you aren't constantly learning in this
field, you might as well get out.....at least that's what I tell myself
when I get nervous about totally screwing everything up as it will be a little
new to me.
