I can't change knee out of auto. Help me out.

yea that is pretty much the problem i got is the one in the title. And I recently got a warning on my lcd saying "A-REEL SHUT OFF" what is this?

Help me out Will
 
Change your gamma setting if you haven't tried that yet. I can't remember off the top of my head, but one or two gamma settings don't allow you to set your knee, usually for your own good.

EDIT: Just did a quick read-up in Barry Green's book, appears the Cine-Gamma is the only gamma setting that doesn't provide manual knee protection.
