...I've taken a day off from the ski slopes to make use of the WiFi at the hotel.
The pull of DVXuser was just too strong, and ever since I saw you could get Wi-Fi (for a small fee) it's been burning in the back of my head. I just had to grab my mom's laptop (Yes, mine is *still* dead, [4 weeks now] but that's another topic) and find a comfy seat in the lobby.

So Terry, now it's only 7 days of skiing too much. And actually we took another day off earlier in the week to go see some cool ice falls, so I'm down to 6 too many.

If I had a DVX I'm sure I'd be out shooting with that, but I don't so no avalanche footage for me.

Blaine, double dipping is what life is for isn't it? :laugh: ..but I do have finals right after NAB ... (and then summer vacation... rogar-BigGrin(DBG) )


Also, hit up the poll.. it just took me about 2 hours to go through all the posts I missed in the past week!


Still 2 more days to go before a return to 'the grind' though

Yes, this site (and others) can be addictive. Taking a break from the internet is a good thing.

If I go 24 hours or more without logging on here, I notice there are so many posts that it would take waaaaaay too much time to catch up. So, in that case, I usually just click on threads that I've already read or posted in.

Sounds like you're having a great time on your 'break'. :thumbsup:
