Okay. So if your not in the mood to read a drunk FING message from a user, stop reading now. I am not sure how much this has to do with me being totally chocolate wasted, or my absolute love for this forum. I want to start by saying that I am in the pre production of my first feature film that I am ACTUALLY going to complete. I am not going to say the namie, as I truly want to share my love for this forum. Again, I have been drinking so forgive my over indulgence in positive emotion and general hope for the future. But first and foremost, I wouldnt be able to be in the position I am RIGHT now, if it had not been for every single member of this forum. I have learned so much from these words and without it I would be nothing, honestly. I thank you from the deepest part of my heart. I have learned more from these threads than the 10k I spent o
n 1 year at a mediocore film school. I have made life long friendships from these boards, ( I am looking at you Drew ). For those that don't know. Drew Ott, PMed me one day. He said he was in Vancouver and would be interested in getting together. Long story short he ended up staying with me for about a month and I feel that we have made a lifelong friendship. Its the little things that keep me going and make me feel that what I am doing is OK. Were all OK. This is such an amazing place. And together we can succeed. I recently saw John T woods open an episode of house and I felt almost like it was a family member on the television. It was very surreal. And without this very forum, I would have had no idea who that man was. I dont know im rambling now. But for whatever reason I just want to say thank you. These words on these threads have changed my life forever and without you friends who I may never meet I would have never have been able to achieve what I have always dreamed of achieving. So thank you thank you thank you. I am forever great full.

Also,l My littlest step sister wrote and directed her first film today. No kidding, it was all her decisions. This is what she came up with.
 
Give me a half hour or so. I just bought a sixer of Samuel Adams Summer Ale.

We can start singing together here on DVX. We should get Gord T in on this party.

Its true. Another weird Drew story. When he was in Vancouver. He was sharing these stories about how he worked for this guy who shoots wedding videos in Austin. Then one day it came up that this same guy also owned a BMX company. Me being the avid BMX rider that I am asked what the guys name was, he said Joe. I said, JOE SIMON? He was like ya, have you heard of him? I was like your kidding right? He says no. I tell him I had posters of that guy on my wall as a kid and how legendary he is in BMX. Drew has no clue. Anyway, small world. I love it.
So positive.
