if at all possible try not to throw the iris below 4.3 or so, and is your gain on?

you don't have enough lighting. any time you need to use gain you're going to get some noise.

Yeah, you need some lighting in there, man. If you still see noise with proper lighting, try raising your Detail Coring setting a few notches, and possibly lower your overall detail setting a little.

if you change the viewing format to quicktime you can't see any noise at all.
