I am also interested in looking at beautiful Japanese models.

Thsi is an interesting development which I so far haven't heard much about. A new medium format camera with a rumored 40mp! Kodak sensor. Again rumored to be around 7,000 dollars. It could just be for stills but who knows yet. If you look at the posts on this blog someone says it will be released this week. I like the fact an eyepiece is included. I don't think MP means anything anymore, I just wish they could work on better codecs or allow raw. Still it could be one to watch, it makes me wonder if by the time the Scarlett apears thats its instantly will be obsolete or at least not that distinctive. I've said it before but I think Red should of made something much more user friendly and pro consumer looking for its lower end market sector, because i wonder if in about a year the 2/3 cameras will have pushed oput of the way by a prosumer DSLR. Interested in your thoughts.

New cameras are coming out so fast. I change my thinking hourly now. I'm just going to get a T2 with the cheapo kit lens as a pocket camera to play with. I don't even think the Canon L lenses will be the best investment anymore with the limitation of aperture control.
It's a different world than way back in the dark ages when Red announced the 2/3 scarlet. The Ikonoskop is really amazing with no compression at all. 80gigs in 12 minutes.
Red has a good core market with the Red One, but there will be many other cameras for them to compete with even on that level.
The good news is for us. Which ever company wins in the end, we win.
Great, great, great, and then some.

Its a worrying sign for this forum that it is twice as likely people would view a post about a 35mm adapter than a Japanese model.

Then maybe you should've worded the subject line as, "Would you like to see some beautiful Japanese models?" A headline about someone wanting to see beautiful models is not attractive to me. I can't imagine that it would be attractive to anyone.

Since you've already used this trick in an earlier thread, I doubt that you'll get much more mileage out of it in the future.

BTW, I can't imagine why it have video on it, since the market for medium format DSLRs is tiny, and none of those photographers would care about a video feature anyway.

I dont think it would have video

Do MF owners care about video - sure

Id love my Hassy H1 kit to do motion

I would be more than awesome

None of that deep focus FF35 rubbish - some proper bokeh and skinny DOF
