We have a script lock at 26 pages! Let the storyboarding commence! (Actually, I started them a couple days ago, but oh well.)

If anybody actually cares, I'll probably be updating this thread every few days with our progress.

I'm busy storyboarding away, my drawings this time around are less detailed due to the length of our script, my herofest film that never happened had some sweet illustrations, wish it could have come to reality.

Update is that I've been busy storyboarding, and freaking out about geting everything we need with the budget that we have. Good news is the zombie contacts arrived a couple days ago and i did a little test to see how they looked on camera.

shot with dvx (of course) w/35mm adapter, h.264 (you may need to update your qt) - 13mb file

i just looked back and there was a sci-fest film named "dead inside" ..... but im totally not changing.
 
We went wardrobe shopping yesterday, goodwill is awesome for that, think we picked up everything we needed for 50 bucks. We look forward to destroying them.
 
revised poster! i'm about halfway done storyboarding the 26 pager. ugh ... sometimes i wish this was only a 6 min project for the fest.
 
Things are gearing up now, first round of shooting is set from the 27th to the 30th, hopefully will have some production photos from then for y'all after then.
 
things are on a roll!!! still need to cast some extras, but that will work it's way out.

Received test footage for gunshot special effects. *evil laugh* It's awesome.
 
officially brought on edgen as our composer! I'm stoked to work with him, considering it would take me twice as long to make music that is half as good.

We shoot the 26th - 30th, our big special effects day is first ... real anxious to pull the trigger on this one. literally.
 
thanks R.L., it's just a teaser, hopefully i can muster up something cooler for the actual production.

update - finished all of the storyboards, for the short and long versions, and have casted a few more extras, I made my first gallon of blood yesterday, it looks sweet.
