I solved the mystery - on page 58 in the manual it says the camera appears as HVX200 although it is a HVX200A.
Unfortunetly there is something wrong with the sensor, so it is being shipped to a Panasonic repair center (this answers the noise issue I wrote below)
Hi, I just upgraded my 2½ year old HVX200E to the HVX201AE (same as HVX200A in the US).
I just noticed P2 viewer shows my HVX201AE as HVX200E - anyone else noticed this?
My camera properties / clip metadata also says "MODEL NAME: HVX200E", is this normal???
I know it sounds crazy and I might be overreacting, but could it be a HVX200E...
I sold my HVX200E, so I have nothing to compare with - noise seems to be the same as HVX200E!
