HVX200p.... will this work in europe?

I found a great deal on the hvx200p...but im in europe.

I was wondering what implications of this could be? If you guys could let me know that would be great as im ready to move on this cam if its right! Dont want miss out on an awesome deal!

awesome deals which sound too good to be true usually ARE too good to be true!
additionally NTSC makes no sense in PAL land!

well its a hvx200pj model.

Its from a uk student. Im thinking maybe the reason why its so cheap is hes bought and realised he cant use it very well in uk?

What problems would I run into using the hvx200pj is england?

US model ... so it's NTSC. You will be able to use it is 24fps of 30 or 60, but no 25 or 50. Also forget about the Tapes, they're NTSC too ...

I personally shoot in 24 no matter what so it really depends on what you want to do with it ...
