Greetings,

i had a multil cam shoot with a HVX200 and an HPX170 camera. I did notice that the HPX170 worked much better in lower lighting conditions. Is there a specific F-STOP difference (another words HVX200 would be set at 2.8 and HPX170 would be set at 4.0) for the cameras to match the same aperture settings. To me there is a noticable difference between the two. Has anyone had experience with this and making the cameras match?

The 200a and the 170 l have the same sensor, and should match well. The original hvx200 has a less sensitive sensor, and will require more light for a given scene. Instead of trying to solve this by rote comparison, it would be much better to just get proper exposure on each cam individually. You might do so by setting the zebras to similar percentages. 85-90% would be common.
