I was recording a church service on Sunday with my HVX200a when I noticed that the image in my LCD monitor was "jumping" around every so often. I was shooting on a tripod. I was recording in 720p, 30p, using a 64 gig P2 E series card. I saw this happen several times in the course of about 15 minutes.
I ingested the footage into Final Cut (7.0.3) and now I'm seeing the same periodic stuttering effect. (It's probably more of a stutter than a jump...every few minutes or so) My sequence settings are DVCPro HD 720p/60. 960x720. Field Dominance is upper (odd).
I haven't posted here that often so I'm not sure if there's a way to upload a short clip to refernce what I'm talking about. If anyone has any input it'd be appreciated. I bought this HVX200a used several months ago, it was advertised as a bstock camera...used primarily for tradeshows, exhibits, etc. It came with zero hours. My only thought at this point is possibly OIS...I may have left that on inadvertently, not sure if that would cause that or not.
Thanks...
