I'm thinking about selling my hvx because the short record times of the P2 card workfow just isn't working for me and I can't afford a firestore or some other storage device. I mean, the workflow is such a pain for me that I haven't even shot more than about an hour's worth of video since I purchased the darn camera. Now I know the tapeless workflow has it's high points, for sure, but it's just not for me.
Lately Ive been looking into the new Sony and Canon. I think I leaning toward the V1U but I haven't decided yet.
Anyway, I'm offering my HVX200 + 4 gig P2 card for anyone who is interested. And in case you are wondering, everything is in perfect, pristine condition -- even the original box and manual. It's all practically untouched. I take crazy-good care of my stuff. I'm the type of guy who will by a brand new CD if one of my CD's gets so much as a fingerprint on it -- which, by the way, would never happen.
So I'm looking to get around $4500 for the cam and card. PM me to negotiate.
I know that B and H is offering their used HVX's for $4895. Now I know that I am not a big company like they are, but I can confidently assure you that my HVX is 100% better than any of their used offerings.
