HVX200 vs HVX200p (difference?)

[ilchaco]

I just heard that there is a HVX200p model. What is the story with that? I just bought my HVX200 in Japan a week ago (got a really good deal on it). It doesn't say HVX200"P "anywhere on it. Did I get an "older" version?

thanks

My understanding is that the "P" version is the U.S. version.
