If there is any interest... I just watched an episode of Showtime's Master of Horrors, screenplay by Sam Hamm and directed by Joe Dante, called The Screwfly Solution.
It features the HVX200 predominately in the making of docs. The fig rig was also used to shoot the scenes. I did not notice any 35mm adapter. This particular episode was released on the Starz cable channel. The production value looked high, it stars Elliott Gould and Jason Priestley, lots of footage shot during the day and night, and it looks fabulous.
