ITEMS HAVE BEEN SOLD!!!!

EDIT (see paypal section)** also dropped price from $4200 down to $3999.00 takes it all!!!

To give you a little History of the units for sale:

The HVX200 was purchased from Studio Exchange brand new on December 14, 2006 for $5230.00 incld shipping. I soon after sent out for the HVX book and 8gb P2 from Panasonic (was the freebie at the time). It has only 18hrs on the heads and was mainly used for p2 work. I have a small video / photo business but is primarilly photo work so the HVX was more for fun projects which sadly I only had 1 real project (see video link at bottom). The unit is in excellent working condition and comes with all the original boxed accesories / cables / etc from when I purchased the unit.

The Letus Extreme 35mm w/HVX kit (achromat / camera mount etc) and canon EF mount (updated version) was purchased from Letus May 5, 2008 for $1437.00 . The unit has been used maybe 2 times and is also in excellent working condition. I used canon L series lenses on it and the 50mm 1.8EF and it works excellent! The unit also comes with everything that came with it when I bought it (caps and hex tools for tightening parts, battery cover etc).

You are probably wondering now why in the world I would be selling this setup. Two reasons actually. First being I lost my primary job back in November of this past year, and I am still having a rough time finding new employment. It would be nice to have a little more of a cushion financially which this would help me with. I do have the photo business however it does not cover most of my bills (thus the other job) and I mainly do photography and not as much video so that being another reason as well. Secondly I am looking at purchasing a Canon 5D Mkii being I can do some video with the camera if needed, and still use it for my primary function mainly which is Photography. I am also selling my current digital camera (canon 40D with 28-135mm IS USM lens) to help levy the cost if anyone is interested. The HVX takes beautiful video, but for how much I have used it, it does not justify the costs of all the accessories I have bought (letus etc), and still would need to buy to really be more serious with the camera.

I am selling the setup at what I feel a reasonable cost being a used HVX I have seen sell recently for about $3,100 , and the Letus Extreme with the HVX setup + 8gb card alltogether for $3,999 (firm) seems like a fair price to get this sold fast. This is priced to sell. I prefer a local sale if possible (easier to do) and I do not mind someone coming to see the unit if you live around the area (I am in Downingtown PA 19335). I can also ship the unit if need be however the buyer pays actual shipping costs from zip 19335.

I will take Paypal from a verified address (any extra fees from paypal buyer pays), certified bank check, or cash. Note, I am not sure what paypal will charge me for a large transaction like this (have seen 3% on another's post) so if you plan to use paypal please take note. I am also Verified Note as well on paypal so I am not a phantom (laughs out loud) for your own piece of mind, and as I have said you are more than welcome to personally come inspect the item or if there is a user on here you trust to do inspect it for you that can meet I am flexible with this as well.

Actual Video that was shot with this setup you would be purchasing (don't knock the video too much being I am not primarilly a video guy)

Any questions you may have for me, and or if you would like to see the unit in person, or purchase the unit you can call me at 484-432-8447

If you can tell me how to check this (for p2) I can tell you. I know the tape I believe was only 18hrs. P2 is probably pretty similar. To be honest the camera was not that used at all thus why I am selling it,

If this is the same for both p2 and tape (when toggle is on tape on back of camera) in menu-> other Functions hour meter shows 00018H
