HVX200 Resolution Question

While my guess is Belles 2 is the HPX 2000 and Belles 1 is the HVX 200, some of the reasoning is probably subjective.

The best part of this is,... if I had to go back and forth so many times to make my decision, that says a lot for the HVX. Not to mention your ability to fine tune the HVX to make it that close! :thumbup:
 
Belles2 looks a little more saturated and has a little more detail, so I would guess that's the HPX2000. But I agree it's a close race.
 
im surprised the images are so comprable. iactually canttell the difference. it may be my screen though.....



Also, as far as HVX resolution goes. Dude, just buy the camera and dont worry aboout it. It looks amazing especially in 1080P. I view the footage on my 1080P 60" HDTV, and the foootage is incredible. As a matter of fact, i used to kinda dog on the HVX for not being sharp enough, secretly wishing i had gone for the XLH1, but this was only because i wasnt viewing the footage on a real monitor, i was lookking at it on a Laptop screen. When i got my TV my whole viewpoint on the HVX changed. It literally loosk like a braodcast quality ENG camera. Its images are Razor sharp, and the "noise" is almost non existent.

proper monitoring is the key to really seeing what going on.
