HVX200 problem with dirt and spots after clean lens

I removed the ND filter, cleaned the front lens as best I can and still have spots. Here is a short video clip showing them.

They become visible when I turn towards light. I switched on/off all 3 ND filter settings, still spots. So the problem is inside the camera lens or sensors.

Is this camera serviceable to clean, or do I have to buy new parts?
 
Follow up: one place told me the camera could not be cleaned and needed a new lens. For their price I could buy a new camera. Then I checked with Spec-Com and they said they could clean it. Just got it back today and test shoot shows it is perfectly clean. GO Spec_Com!!!
