Looks pretty close to normal to me. 25pN is going to have a naturally more staccato look. You can help by using the default shutter speed of 180 degrees shutter or 1/50 of a second. You can also induce motion blur (smoothing out the motion of the shot) by using a shutter speed between 220 degrees and 350 degrees, or 1/25 second. This may or may not look odd to your eye.

You may want to check out the ASC's panning guidelines to understand how camera movement affects the strobe-like nature of the picture.

Finally, you can always shoot in 50i, if you are after for a smoother look.
