HVX200 Importing Problem

I am having trouble importing the footage from the camera onto my PC. Once I transfer the footage onto my pc, there seems to be no audio when viewing it with VLC or an other media player. Interestingly enough, when importing clips directly from the cameras drive into premiere pro, there is in fact audio. If I drag and drop the clip from the cameras drive onto the desktop, and then import the file from the desktop into premiere pro, there is again no audio. My question is, how could I transfer the footage from the camera onto my PC, while having the ability to drag and drop clips from the camera onto my computer, and then into premiere pro while still being able to get the audio along with it? Thanks

You can't play the Video MXFs in a player like VLC and get sound. The sound is in a separate file.

What you want is P2 Viewer, downloaded from Panasonic. Use it to offload and to view clips.

Ok, I downloaded P2 Viewer, and attempted to offload the clips using P2 ingester, however it is not working. I am positive I selected the right P2 card that has the video files on it, but when it attempts to transfer the footage to my pc, the progress bar indicates green, barely progresses, and then says finished. No data has been transferred. Please advise.
