Easy on those flares and the effects. They are a bit dated now, as everyone overused them after Robot Food.

I'd say you should try mixing your shots up. Use some different focal lengths. And introduce the riders with some sound bites and profiles. Keep it up though and enjoy the shred

I agree with the edit... let the focus be on the subject, not the editing. Make sure to show emotion... usually that means showing faces occasionally.
Shooting snow is difficult, but I'd try leaving yourself a little more room in the highlights. They don't roll off very well on the HVX.
