HVX200 Connection to BT-LH80WU Monitor

I may be missing something here but the HVX200 seems to have traditional yellow-red-white (video and audio) output connections but the LH80 seems to have different input connections.

I've spent at least a couple of hours searching the web to see how the two should be connected, and I can't find anything clear.

I am a developing amateur, I admit, so I am ready for any charges that I am missing something obvious.

Still, I need to use the monitor so I hope to find out what I'm missing. Thanks in advance!

your hvx200 came with (or should have) a component cable that plugs into that port just above the xlr mic inputs.
 
Thanks-- it's been a few years since I got the camera, but I found a cable in the box that seems to fit in the slot above the XLR inputs.

But the other end is R/G/B RCA plugs that don't seem to fit into the monitor... but after looking into it some more it looks like I need a pin-BNC converter for them. Some may have come with the camera, if I can track them down.

yep. you need the adapters to convert the rca plugs to bnc. not sure the camera comes with them, but they are readily available at any radio shack or guitar center
