HVX200 cables to MARSHAL V-R70P-HDA and LCD

hello, i would like to know what is the best way of connecting hvx200 with external monitor. oncamera is only VIDEO CINCH OUT - on monitor Y/P/Br? will it work both well on SD and HD recording?

when i want to connect than monitor with big LCD (input is VGA DSUB) what output on monitor should I choose?

and is it important to get some special quality cabel or just buy some?

does it make sense to connect monitor by MALE CINCH from camera (only one output video connector) to YPbCr IN (on lcd monitor) when the output from camera is only one video cinch?
