Hi Barry:

It was great seeing you again. Just wanted to check on when your book is coming out and how I can get it.

BTW, another famous person using the 200. Clint Eastwood.

Saw George Clooney shooting in Africa but the shot was so quick that I couldn't tell if it was a 100A (B) or 200.

Where did you find that Clint Eastwood information? I know he's shooting Red Sun, Black Sand in HD, but what I heard from the cameraman was that they were testing HD cameras and I think the one he mentioned was the Genesis. It was a few months ago, so perhaps things have changed. I would be surpsised at the use of the HVX200 unless they are using it from some handheld or more "close quarters" shots.
 
I've heard of rumors of Clint using it, but nothing confirmed yet, so if you can confirm that it would be excellent.

As far as the book goes, I'm trying to put the finishing touches on it today, maybe tomorrow at the latest... hopefully... :)

I'm sooooo looking forward to your book Barry. I got some great info from you at NAB in just the few minutes watching your demo. I can just imagine how much more I can get from my camera once I understand all the features better! :)
 
I can hardly write a 10 page paper in any decent amount of time. Congrats on completing yet another entire BOOK! We're all looking forward. :)
