HVX200 book with credit card?

Hi there,

I want to buy Barry Green's HVX200 book but PayPal wont let me add an address that's not in my home country (I live overseas). Is there any other way I can get it?

Many dealers carry it, including B&H, Abel Cine Tech, Spec-Comm, VideoTex, and CineQuipt. And you can get it on Amazon as well. Hopefully one of them will be able to work the transaction for you. Also, depends on where you are overseas, there are dealers in Australia that carry it including Lemac, John Barry, and VideoGuys.
 
I cant find it on Abel and B&H want to charge me US $39.95 for shipping. Are you Fiercely Independent Films, Inc. that is selling the book from this page http://dvxuser.com/articles/hvxbook/ ? If so, can I send you money via PayPal and just give you my address in Japan? Or don't you sell it yourself anymore? Sorry to be a pain!
