My HVX200 has a beeping sound when recording. Once or twice per second or so. It's not steady like a sync signal. Sort of like a stopwatch beeping at random intervals.
I also noticed I can hear when the camera is auto-focusing.
When zooming manually, I also get some extra noise.
I used an AT875R shot gun microphone, attached with the mount that comes with the HVX200. The audio you hear is only from this mic - I removed the audio tracks from the built-in speakers.
Anyone noticing any of these issues?
I put up a test video where you can hear these things. Use headphones or turn up your speakers.
I can live with these issues, but it's a bit annoying now that I know they are there.
