HVX200 Audio Component Repair

Hi guys,

Just curious if anyone out there has had to deal with this issue. I recently was shooting some footage near water and was unexpectidly sprayed... stupid I know, I know! I unfortunately did not have the caps on either of the Audio inputs (1 and 2) on the right hand side of the camera, which took most of the splash, and now they aren't working. None of my external mics work and all I'm left with is the internal mic.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or how much you think it would cost to have this repaired through Panasonic....?

I'm getting really nervous about it and pissed off at myself for the rookie mistake. Any ideas/help would be much appreciated!

First time I have heard of this happening. Did you have the phantom switched on? You probably shorted out the audio inputs, this might not be cheap.
