HVX200 and DVX100A 24p shooting with both for HD project?

I have a DVX100A with the Pana 16:9 anamorphic adapter and an HVX200. I need to do a project with both of them together where the final edit will be up-resed to HD later on. Obviously, shooting with 2 HVXs or better would be optimal, but it's not an option here.

my questions are: Which settings should I use on the cameras to match them in post, and make it the best for up-res to HD later?

and

Which capture settings should I use in FCP for the DVX?
cheers!

I really wouldn't reccomend uprezing the DVX100 too much. They'll cut OK on an SD DVD (still some pretty noticible differences) but are going to have real issues in 720 or 1080. You'll want to use 24pA on the DVX100. In general, the settings you'll want are quite different. You won't want too much detail on the DVX for instance but the HVX200 you can up it a bit. In general try to use the HVX200 for wider shots and the DVX for closer ones.

Personally, I don't know why some people have so much trouble just using one camera for a shoot.
